Gravity fed: sit back, relax, let it flow
No need to pump! This is a gravity water filter, it works completely off grid: without running water and without electricity. The filter housing consists of two seperate chambers. The upper chamber is filled with contaminated water. 2 silver-impregnated ceramic filter candles connect the upper and lower chamber. Gravity makes the water seep slowly through the filter candles. In the lower chamber, safe and clean drinking water is collected.
