Description

Berkey PF-4 water purification elements are designed for use with British Berkefeld ceramic water filter candles.

Berkey PF-4 elements provide an additional level of filtration. They are post-filter elements that are attached onto the ceramic filter candles. Berkey PF-4 filters contain activated aluminium-oxide which removes Fluoride and Arsenic for up to 99% from your drinking water. Additionally,  Berkey  PF-4 water purification elements  absorb the following unwanted substances:


- MTBE (Methyl-Tertiary-Butyl-Ether)
- Fluoride
- Lead
- Arsenic

Berkey PF-4 elements also absorb:

- DBCP (Dibromo-chloro-propane)
- THM's (Trihalomethanes)
- Herbicides and Pesticides
- Other residual heavy metal ions

Berkey PF-4 water purification elements can be attached to the British Berkefeld Super Sterasyl and ATC Super Sterasyl ceramic water filter candles. Berkey PF-4 water purification elements have a maximum output of 3800 liters and are available in a pack of 2 elements.

PF-4 filters do not fit onto the Black Berkey water purification elements!
