If you pay by (international) bank transfer we can only ship your items after we have received your payment in our bank account. This may take several days.
For all products the trial period is 14 days. If you decide to return the products within this period, you can do so without any additional costs, you only have to pay for the shipping costs to return the products. For more information, please refer to our terms & conditions.
