The same rules apply to the viewing period as when you want to view a product in a normal store. You may unpack and view the products. But you may not connect a water filter and start using it. We can only take back unused products.

When returning a product, you will pay the shipping costs yourself. We can send you a shipping label on request. The costs thereof will be deducted from the amount to be repaid.
